WHY I CREATED
STUDIO FOUR PILATES
I created Studio Four for each and every one of you! For my family, friends and community in Redlands, because I want to share my love of Pilates with all of you and I'm so confident in the benefits it has to offer. I have such a deep passion for this form of exercise and want as many people to feel the benefits from this method just as I have on my journey with Pilates. My love for Pilates started when I was a professional ballet dancer and has been a staple in my health and wellness routine ever since.
With 25 years of experience in dance and movement, I strongly believe that by implementing Pilates into your daily routine you will build strength, relieve stress and enhance your overall well-being. I created a cozy, space for you all to come as you are, focus on yourself and leave each class feeling invigorated. I'm so excited to share my knowledge and love for Pilates with you. Improved Strength
Pilates is a method of training that focuses on working every muscle evenly. You will target the smaller, intrinsic muscles that often get ignored, and develop functional strength and endurance which can be applied in your day to day life.

Each movement in Pilates is guided by your core in order to maintain stability and control Once you slow down and learn to move with intention from the inside out, you will feel powerful and stronger.

More Flexibility
Many exercises in Pilates incorporate dynamic stretching to build flexibility and mobility. You will always have moments in our classes to lengthen and stretch, something that gets ignored in our hectic daily lives.

Low Impact
Low impact workouts like Pilates allow you to achieve your wellness goals in a way that is more gentle on your body. With low impact, you will strengthen your joints and allow for a quicker recovery time.

Posture & Body Alignment
We keep our classes intimate so you will receive the attention you deserve. That way we can assure correct alignment in your movement. If consistent, this learned increase of body awareness and core strength can work to greatly correct posture.

Relieve Stress
Pilates requires a mind-body connection to truly focus and enhance awareness of body movement. Taking the time and care for yourself at Pilates will boost your mood and over all mental well-being.
What should I bring to class?
​We do require grip socks be worn to class for sanitary and safety reasons. If you don't own grip socks, we sell pretty cute ones at the studio. We also recommend you bring water to class.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before our class start time to allow yourself time to find a parking spot and get prepared for your session. Mind-body connection is key!
What if I need to cancel or miss a class?
Of course we will be sad to miss you, but we understand that life happens! We have a 6-hour cancellation policy.​

Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 6 hours before the scheduled class time. This way, the class will be credited back to your account.

Late Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 6 hours before the scheduled class time, that class will not be credited back to your account.

No Show Policy: If you do not show up for a scheduled class without canceling in advance, you will lose the class credit associated with that session along with a $20 no show fee.

Even if you are canceling late, please try to do it as early as possible so that someone else can sign up for that class. All cancellations must be made through the Mindbody app.
